We’ll work through the Five Forces of qigong training — strength, flexibility, stamina, coordination, and energetic flow — to tone the body while deepening your inner power. Expect grounding postures, mindful movement, and focused breathwork that challenge your muscles and awaken your qi.
The second half of class flows into stretch and release, giving your body the space to open, unwind tension, and restore balance. You’ll leave feeling strong, supple, and centred — with energy that carries you into the week ahead.
Perfect if you’re ready for a little more fire in your practice, while still ending in calm and spaciousness.
