Maintenance Elemental Reiki

During a maintenance Reiki session, you can expect a similar process to an initial session. The practitioner will start with a brief check-in to see how you've been since your last session, and if there are any new areas or concerns. The focus is often on maintaining the progress made in previous sessions and supporting overall health and well-being. (No tea is served with this session)
